A simple, transparent model: no stock, built to order, installed by us. Here is how it works, step by step.
You configure your sauna
A live price with installation included. Online with the configurator, or with an advisor. The price covers the sauna, the Huum heater, installation and any options.
An advisor confirms your quote
No sale is ever completed online. We confirm what is feasible at your home (access, base, electrical connection), the installation area and the firm quote before you commit to anything.
Deposit & start of production
A 50% deposit gets things moving. Payment is made by invoice or bank transfer, not through the website. Your sauna then goes into production in Estonia.
Delivery in ~9 weeks
Delivered straight to your door. The balance is settled before delivery. You are kept informed at every stage of the shipment.
Turnkey installation
Assembly and electrical connection included. Our installation partners fit the sauna and carry out the electrical connection. Allow ~10 weeks in total before your first session.

What you need to prepare
There are two simple things to prepare before we arrive. Your advisor will talk you through them in detail on the call.

The base. A level base, prepared in advance: a concrete slab, tiling, or garden patio slabs. It must extend about 30 cm beyond the sauna all the way round.

Running the electrical conduit. From your meter to the sauna location (5 m as the reference distance), to be done before installation.
Transport: priced in your quote according to your location, your booking date and model availability; there is no fixed price list. Assembly, circuit breaker, pulling the cable through an existing conduit up to 15 m and connecting the sauna are all included in the fixed installation package of 5 445 € TTC, which excludes the slab, ground preparation, any trenching and transport.

Every sauna is made to order (~9 weeks) and installed by our regional partners, whose diaries fill up fast in spring and summer. Start your project early to enjoy your sauna in the right season.
