The live chat module (Zoho SalesIQ, hosted in the European Union) stores its own cookies as soon as the page is displayed, regardless of the banner.
Managing your consent
You can accept or decline cookies from the banner shown when you arrive on the site. If you decline, only strictly necessary cookies are used. You can change your mind at any time using the “Manage my cookies” link at the bottom of every page: it reopens the banner, and your new choice replaces the previous one.
What happens before you answer
Until you answer, and if you decline, no analytics or advertising cookie is stored and no identifier is assigned to you. Google services are nonetheless loaded by the page and, in that case, receive a cookieless message containing the page viewed and your IP address, together with the signal recording your refusal.
