Processing is based on your consent and on our legitimate interest in answering your sales enquiry. Your data is never sold to third parties.
Recipients
Your data is stored in our CRM (Zoho) and accessible to Ørigin advisers. Technical processors (hosting, CRM, email sending) may process it on our behalf, in compliance with the GDPR.
Retention period
Data sent through the website’s forms is kept for 12 months from our last exchange with you, then deleted. If your enquiry leads to an order, the data needed for the contract, invoicing and warranty is kept for the periods required by law.
