Delivery & lead times3 questions
How long does delivery take?+
Our saunas are made to order in Estonia and delivered straight to your door. Allow around 9 weeks until delivery, and 10 weeks before your first session (installation included).
Do you deliver to France, Belgium and Luxembourg?+
Yes. At launch we cover France, Belgium (Wallonia and Brussels) and Luxembourg. Shipping runs from Estonia, and commissioning is handled by our local partner installers.
Is shipping included in the price?+
Shipping your sauna from Estonia is charged separately. There is no fixed price list: the amount depends on your location, when you book and the availability of the model. It is calculated and confirmed on your quotation.
Installation2 questions
Is installation included?+
Installation and the electrical connection are handled by us, at a fixed package price of 5 445 € TTC. This is compulsory so that commissioning is safe and compliant. The package covers assembly, the circuit breaker, pulling the cable through an existing conduit up to 15 m and connecting the sauna. It does not cover the slab or foundation, ground preparation, any trenching or laying a new conduit, or transport: we can take that work on, quoted separately. To arrange on your side before we come out: the foundation (a concrete slab, tiling or garden patio slabs) and running the conduit from the meter to the sauna. We work with a network of partner installers in France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
What kind of base do I need?+
The base must be ready and level before installation. Three types work: a concrete slab, tiling, or garden patio slabs. Allow for a base that extends about 30 cm beyond the sauna all the way round. We confirm this with you before delivery.
Payment1 question
How does payment work?+
You pay in two instalments: a 50% deposit when you order, then the balance before delivery. Payment is arranged directly with your Ørigin advisor (invoice or bank transfer); there is no online payment on the site.
Products & heaters2 questions
What is the difference between the Round Cube and Viva ranges?+
The Round Cube range is instantly recognisable: rounded lines and mirrored glass, in family sizes right up to very large (8 people). The Viva range has straight lines and a hexagonal feature wall, from a one-person cabin to a family of four.
Which heater should I choose for my sauna?+
Every model works with 1 to 3 Huum heaters (Drop, Core, HIVE Mini or HIVE, from 6 to 12 kW). The recommended output differs from model to model and is listed on each spec sheet and in the comparison table. The configurator suggests the heater matched to your cabin volume and updates the price as you go.
Technical & warranty3 questions
Which wood are the saunas made from?+
The exterior is ThermoWood® (thermally modified pine), valued for its stability and durability. The benches are aspen or alder. Walls and floor are 40 mm on every model in the catalogue, and the roof is shingle or EPDM. Designed for four-season use.
What electrical connection is required?+
A 3G 2.5 mm² cable with an RCD circuit breaker is required. The conduit, running from your meter to the sauna position (reference distance 5 m), must be in place before we come out. The maximum cabin temperature is +90 °C.
What warranty do I get?+
The structure is covered for 24 months (materials and workmanship) from commissioning, and the Huum heater for 36 months. Any visible defect must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Maintenance1 question
How do I look after my sauna?+
The interior and the benches are treated before first use, then once or twice a year (Teknos / Tikkurila products). The exterior needs a second coat about 2 months after purchase, then regular upkeep (Remmers Aidol HK-Lasur). We provide full care instructions on delivery.
