Heating
Which Huum heater for this sauna?
Every heater comes with a controller, stones and a safety guard. Output is chosen to match the cabin volume.

Controls & app
The controller comes with the heater: temperature, timer and heat-up start time are all set on it, just as they are from the app.

Compact & affordable
Huum Drop 6 kW
The Huum Drop, with its minimalist teardrop design, heats small and medium cabins efficiently. The best value in the range.

Balanced & versatile
Huum Core 9 kW
The Huum Core delivers a steady rise in heat and a generous bed of stones for enveloping steam. Ideal for medium to large cabins.
The Ørigin tip
The Drop 6 kW is the recommended output for this volume, and it is also the least expensive option. The Core 9 kW is available if you want a faster heat-up.

Materials, installation & care
Materials & construction
- ThermoWood® exterior (thermally modified pine): water and moisture resistant, it does not swell, warp or bleed resin.
- Benches in aspen and alder, in natural or thermally treated versions.
- Walls and floor in 40 mm thermally treated timber on every model in the catalogue.
- Shingle or EPDM rubber roofing for lasting weatherproofing.
- UV-protective exterior varnish recommended for longevity.
Heating & use
- Built for four-season use, from cold winters to hot summers.
- Works with an electric heater (Huum, sold by Ørigin) or a wood-burning model.
- Huum UKU thermostat included as standard on every model (Black glass, silver or wood finish depending on the Edition).
- Maximum cabin temperature: +90 °C.
- First heat-up with the doors open (the heater gives off an odour), under supervision.
Installation & foundation
- A stable, flat and level base, ready before installation (otherwise the doors will not close properly).
- Three foundations work: a concrete slab, tiling, or garden paving slabs.
- The base must extend about 30 cm beyond the sauna all the way around.
- The sauna sits above ground level, with a bitumen sealing strip between the feet and the base.
- Installation and electrical connection handled by our partner installers in France, Belgium and Luxembourg, at a firm fixed price of 5 445 € incl. VAT. It covers the assembly, the circuit breaker, running the cable through an existing conduit up to 15 m, and connecting the sauna.
- The fee does not cover the slab or foundation, ground preparation, any trenching or new conduit, or transport: we can arrange that work and quote it separately.
- Transport from Estonia is quoted individually, based on your location, your booking date and the model’s availability.
Electrical connection
- The conduit from the meter to the sauna (5 m as a reference) must be run before installation.
- With lighting: a 3G 2.5 mm² outdoor cable connected to the junction box supplied.
- An RCD (residual current device) is mandatory and must be fitted by an electrician.
- The supply rating depends on the heater (Huum 6 to 12 kW); the higher outputs usually call for a 400 V three-phase supply.
Maintenance
- Interior surfaces, window and door frames: treat before first use (with a product such as Teknos Satu Saunasuoja or Tikkurila Supi Saunasuoja), then once or twice a year.
- Benches and footrests: protective oil before use (Teknos/Tikkurila Laudesuoja), once or twice a year.
- Exterior: a second coat of varnish ~2 months after purchase, then regular upkeep (Remmers Aidol HK-Lasur or equivalent).
Warranty
- 24-month warranty on the structure (material and manufacturing defects), starting from commissioning.
- 36-month warranty on the Huum heater.
- Any visible defect must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Not covered: the natural characteristics of wood (discolouration, variation, moisture-related cracking), incorrect installation or use, weather damage, and modifications made by the customer.
Delivery & lead times
- → Direct delivery from Estonia in ~9 weeks.
- → First session possible in ~10 weeks (installation included).
- → 50% deposit when you order, balance before delivery.
